Lichfield Lib Dems comment on the Budget
Paul Ray comments
"The Government had hard decisions to make in budget.
It was good to see increased funding to NHS and for carers, increase in national minimum wage to make work pay but there were some very wrong decisions.
- NI employers’ increase will harm businesses especially our small business - and they are the heartbeat of our economy
- Why didn’t the Labour government stop the cut in the levy the bank’s pay?
- Bus fare increases will hit low earners
- AND no measures AT ALL to tackle the social care crisis."
